Service Extensions add support for new communication protocols or custom service types beyond the built-in REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and Kafka adapters.

Overview
A Service Extension implements a specific interface from Aethrix.Core that defines:
- How to connect to the service
- How to send requests
- How to deserialize responses
- How to map response fields
